He even had all of our birthday essentials perfectly chilled and ready for us, which was such a thoughtful touch! What truly sets Juan apart is his level of service. He was professional, personable, fun, and genuinely invested in making our weekend special. In fact, we enjoyed him so much that we ended up keeping him with us all weekend! HIGHLY Recommend!! Our driver Jonathon was the best driver we have ever had (and we've had a lot). He was knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful. Always on time with a beautiful vehicle. It was fabulous. I couldn't afford this as a younger person but as a grandfather taking kids and grandkids, it is a super easy hack to take out some of the stress of the whole Orlando experience. It was a pivotal asset for our visit. The company is very well organized and communicated seamlessly. I am NOT some influencer trying to write up a review....i hardly ever write these...just a happy grandpa from Wisconsin.

I booked Access Line Transportation for executives attending a conference in Orlando in May. Because I arranged everything virtually from Michigan, I was initially unsure what to expect, but the company’s strong reviews were reassuring and the service exceeded expectations. We needed to make several reservation changes, including adjusting arrival and departure times and adding passengers, and each request was handled quickly. The team was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. The passengers shared very positive feedback, noting that the service was clean, efficient, and professional. Although the cost may be slightly higher, the quality of service made it well worth it.

I have used their services for 3 years. Each time I received very good communication. Drivers have been excellent. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable of the area. The vehicles have always been in very good shape and clean, and I have probably been in each type of vehicle offered. One thing that I want to point out as a business owner is that I have had repeat drivers which tells me that they have a small crew, they run efficiently, and there is zero turnover. In an industry like this, just as any, that is a huge positive indicator of what kind of business they are running. I trust them to transport my family every time we vacation in Orlando.

I cannot rate Access Line Transportation and our drivers, Alejandro and Sigifredo, high enough! This was our first time using this service and every aspect from communication, friendliness of the drivers and the help with our luggage and getting us through the airport and traffic in addition to immaculate vehicles was absolutely amazing! I have highly recommended Access Line to friends and family and will definitely use this service when I am back in the Orlando area. The service provided to us was pick up at MCO airport to our Airbnb in Port Canaveral and from Port Canaveral back to the airport. Everyone in our party was extremely happy with the service and would definitely use again!

Used this company for the 1st time for our family visit to Orlando. We had 11 in our party and booked transfers to and from the airport and to and from the cruise port. Our driver was very friendly and helpful with our luggage (and we had a lot!) our minibus was spotless, comfortable and the driver was on time. We got a reminder the night before each transfer which included our drivers name. Would highly recommend this company.

We have used Access Line several times and we are always pleased with the service provided. All the drivers have been wonderful - kind, professional and punctual! The staff answering the phones are equally wonderful. For one of my trips, my flight was delayed three hours so I needed to reschedule my pick up time. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. We will continue to use Access for all our future Orlando trips!
